Principal's November Newsletter
The Halloween Carnival was a great success! Thank you for your support. We truly appreciate all the extra things the PTO does to make our school a wonderful place for students and staff.
Please make sure your children grab their warm coats, hats, and gloves as they leave for school in the mornings. We try to have them go outside for recess unless the weather is severe. A little fresh air and exercise makes for healthier kids.
Thanksgiving break will begin with an early release at 12:25 on Wednesday, November 21st. There will be no school on November 22nd and 23rd.
The state sponsored Direct Math Assessment for all fourth graders will be administered Thursday, November 29th. Please make sure your fourth graders have slept well the night before and eaten a good breakfast on the morning of the assessment.
The first trimester ends on Friday, November 30th. There will be an early release that day at 12:25 for all students but our PM Kindergarten class. Their day will end at 2:25.
Look for construction at our new building site to begin soon. Hopefully the weather will cooperate.
It is such a pleasure to work with your children each day. Thank you for your support!
